I was made to feel "at home" from the time I entered. I was offered beverages ranging from water to coffee to tea to champagne. There was also various forms of entertainment to pass the time while I had my service completed. The stylist was completely professional and accommodating of me in light of extenuating circumstances. Jade was very thorough with my hair, from detangling to shampooing to treatment. My blowout out was done well and made my hair much easier to manage. Jade provided really good hair health tips and provided a whole experience with free entertainment, and has snacks on sale n drinks available too. Jade also made great efforts to be gentle with my hair and I very much appreciate it.
