I was made to feel "at home" from the time I entered. I was offered beverages ranging from water to coffee to tea to champagne. There was also various forms of entertainment to pass the time while I had my service completed. The stylist was completely professional and accommodating of me in light of extenuating circumstances. I was very pleased with the final result and look forward to my next visit.

Jade was very thorough with my hair, from detangling to shampooing to treatment. My blowout out was done well and made my hair much easier to manage. Jade provided really good hair health tips and provided a whole experience with free entertainment, and has snacks on sale n drinks available too. Jade also made great efforts to be gentle with my hair and I very much appreciate it.

Jade was very patient as she took time to listen as I explained the history related to my challenges with my hair. Shr also provided advice and made suggestions for daily maintenance between monthly treatments. Her application during the recommended hair treatment was very relaxing, and the results were seen immediately after. Jade provided me with a sense hope for my hair ( as I was planning to cut it all off and sport a bald head) and the confidence to wear my hair out other than being hidden under a wig. I would recommend her services to anyone who may be having challenges with their hair, especially due to menopause and its related issues , which affect hair growth.
